I installed Inspirate ultimate 2, i didnt know that this was for XP to Vista lol and anyway i got the thing working some how but I didnt like it. I uninstalled it and and now the theme of my laptop is messed up and i have no idea how to fix it. Everytime i change the theme back to Vista it just changes back to the classic view everytime it is switched back on. My laptop already came with Vista and i dont like the classic view lol. Help please.

Your OS is Vista and you installed Vista-Inspirat2? Bad idea to install XP-Software on Vista  
 
You need to patch uxtheme.dll

Just patched it but still no change also i cannot change my theme now

What if you tried to repair your installation from the Windows disk? I don't know if it would do anything though.

Maybe patch it again (with another patcher) and reboot - usualy it should work    
 
Make sure the themes service is set to automatic (in XP = run > services.msc > themes)
 

 
I can now change the theme again but each time i log back on the theme goes back to Windows Classic.  

you set "themes service" to automatic?
 
maybe google for another uxtheme-patcher, thats the problem, maybe install the patcher above in safemode (press F8 during bootprocess).

aslam07 Though you've uninstall the bricopack The visual style is not get deleted This is not a bug

It has been made like that way for you to use the particular visual style even after the bricopack is uninstalled and since the uxtheme.dll remained patched, you can apply third party visual styles

But if you don't like the Vista visual style to be there, Go to your display properties and select another visual style (like Windows XP) and apply it
If you want to get rid of the vista visual style from your computer, it's in C>Windows>Resources>Themes You can manually delete it

No it doesn't although some applications like y'z shadow could (You can disable this via the congig application )
 
So generally, Bricopacks doesn't slow down your PC since it doesn't use such extra RAM of yours for its functions like other customizing softwares does

Go to C(or your system drive)>Windows>Resources>Themes and select the theme file
Hit 'delete' or right click & select 'delete'
Remember to apply your default Windows XP theme or another Visual style before you delete the Vista Inspirat 2 Visual style (Make sure it's not active )
