AND found..  
 
Brico Packs Folder> SysFiles folder.. is it okay to remove these??
 
 
PROBLEM: some vista effects are still visible"  ONE" taskmanager - is a bricopack taskmanager

You already uninstalled the bricopack, right?!?  
 
Yes, after you uninstalled the bricopack you can delete all the files/folder    
 
When there are still some icons from the bricopack you need to refrsh your iconcache:
 
Just refresh the icon cache by deleting the IconCache.db file from your profile directory (usually C;/Documents and Settings/Username/Local Settings/Application Data). It will be automatically recreated.

First try this, download TweakUI (from Microsoft, right side), install it, at the bottom you have the option "REPAIR", chose repair icons (reboot)
