| Stormheart Profil: New Penguin | Greetings!
Some years ago I used Crytal Clear without problem on my notebook. After using Linux for some years now I installed a new WinXP Pro SP2 on the same notebook, then Vista Inspirat 2. I have various problems whit that I would liek to ask for your help.
1, iColorFolder does not work.
I do not have the iColorFolder options in the right-click menu where they should be. I remember it worked perfectly with Crystal Clear. Can I repair this in some simple way or do I have to manually add a registry entry? (I hope the first one)
2, Sisytem graphcis do not fit my colors
I use dark colors, and the system like when I copy or move files, displays animated gifs that has white pixels set to transparent, and this, on dark background does not look too good. I would fix them manually but I can't find them. Where can I find these files?
3, If I remember well, with Crystal Clear I had a kind of control panel for the Bricopack settings, but now I only have a thing called "Panel" that allows me no more than turn on and of Rocket dock, Y'z Shadows, etc. Is ther a way to access all the Bricopack related setting sfrom one place?
4, I want back my sidebar
This Vista style disabled my default sidebar in Explorer, and displays a bar under the address bar what ofers some tasks like move or rename files... This has no sense in my eyes, I can use the right click menu, what is teh sense in adding some random orders to a bar??? But anyway, I want my sidebar back! I mean teh sidebar that displays file info ibncluding thumbnail when I select a file. How can I get it back?
Please help me if you can. Thanks!
Storm
P.s.: I was thinking about putting back Crystal Clear as it worked good years ago, but now I want a dark style, with black glass and dark blue lights, Vista Inspirat just ahs this so...
Stormheart Profil: New Penguin | Thank you for the answer!
Sorry for the delayed reply, but I have better things to do than customizing my box lately...
1, It did work, thx.
2, Hmmm, thanks. I will see what can I do then. I don't really have experience in video editing.
3, I see.
4, I tried that before without a result. Now tried again, and got a screwed up top-bar. After changing the color scheme more times at last I got back my sidebar, Thanks.
So thank you for help again!
Oh BTW, though not related directly, does anybody know how the hell to DISABLE (kill, purge, delete, dismiss, euthanize, destroy, end, slaughter, etc...) the damn "Filmstrip view" in Win XP Professional? I mean, to remove it from the whole system, to never ever see it again... I hate it, and Windows always uses it as a default view when opening pendrives, discs and folders with pictures in it, and it drives me postal......
