:ar: SOLUTION
To get the custom styles working, you need to patch a file called UxTheme.dll
If the Bricopack has failed to patch the UxTheme.dll, you need to do it manually.

To patch the UxTheme, download and run the Patcher (for Windows XP) from:
:ar:  Here for Windows XP SP2.
:ar:  Here for Windows XP SP3.

Ok, so I tried to do this but after d/ling the SP2 version I tried to install it and it tells me that my OS is not supported and that I must be using a beta. I'm on SP2 v2149 which is not a beta, I don't understand why this isn't working.

You are on XP, right? Try to install SP3 and try again.

It`s 100% secure, install and uninstall bricopacks in safemode, press F8 during bootprocess and install it ...

Okay. Open My Computer, select Tools -> Folder Options:

http://www.fileinfo.com/images/help/win-view-folder-options.gif

Make sure "Show common tasks in folders" is selected. Press OK.

Did the bar appear?

You need to do a system restore. Open the New Task, type in %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and restore to a point BEFORE the installation of Vista Inspirat. Then, uninstall Vista Inpisrat, and try again in safe-mode.

Do a manual reboot and try to press CTRL + ALT + DEL. If that doesn't do it, shutdown the PC, and follow this guide in booting into safe-mode: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm#02

Beforehand sorry, I'm not fluent in English.
problem such:
installed BricoPack Crystal XP,  run the calculator, began to appear an error (system library User32.DLL moved in memory. The application will not. The relocation occurred because of the fact that the library C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLL Windows. Contact the vendor for the new version of the library.)
what it is and how to fix?

It's a problem with the Windows KB925902 update, so you have to either uninstall the update or use Crystal Clear/Vista Inspirat Bricopacks :)
