and one thing more the link you gved leaguce its really dificult to intall verything its not like you now to just put a file in like thmes in the system you most do many things can you find it to just intall it its more easyer

 
That's the best XP theme, which looks like W7. If you want a better one for XP, you need to wait for someone to do a better one..

You NEED to have an activated version of WindowsBlinds to use the skin. Once you got WB just drag the skin into WB and it should come up..

but window blinds is expensive so should i buy it??

 
If you want to use a program that you like, then ofcourse you should buy it..
 
For example, if I would download warez of TV-shows (I don't  ), I would also buy the DVD collection of the season I downloaded.. Just to show my support to the producers, actors, etc. (in your case, the developers)..
