My Question:
I've downloaded the 'Vista Inspirat 2' and installed it fully successfully, the thing is, my icons on the desktop still looks exactly the same as XP, and on Vista, they begin to glow and stuff when you hold over them, but mine does not, anything i can do ?

Nah, Vista Inspirat does not include the icon-glowing feature.

Hi i hope some one can help, downloaded Vista Inspirat, it told me to reboot, i did, when it re-started im getting an error message saying "This application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."  tried re-installing it again and rebooted but still getting the same error message. The screen is blank, all the desktop icons and start menu have disappeared and im cracking up! Can anyone please tell me what to do next?

Boot into safemode (press F8 during bootup) and use system restore.
