Hi,

I ran the UXTheme exe file on an XP machine (SP3) , restarted the machine and tried to change the appearance to Cristal Clear Them.
Got an error "The file can not be loaded" and the details in the pop up error message is blank.

I tried to re-install the UXTheme patch and followed exactly as instructed but still dose not work.

Can you please assist/instruct me

I downloaded the file , how i can i replace it ?
Hence this  is a sys file , it is protected ill be much oblige if you can instruct me .

what do you mean protected? Aren't you the computer administrator?
