I have recently submitted two tux in the factory , CaptainCanuck-TuxG2 and Bee-TuxG2 , both aren't validated yet , can anybody tell me the reason

Perhaps because more things haven't been validated yet? Since you are a Team member, you can see the current validation progress (in French though ). Go to the CrystalXP front page, click Administration and log in. Then go to 'Galerie' and click on 'Salle d'attente'.  At the moment there are several pages, click 'Suivant' to go to the next page.

Update: They seem to be accepted now, congrats.

how do become a admin or mod do you get chosen?

To become admin, you must be moderator (then, in the CrXP Team ), be cool, etc..
But, if you ask to be admin, you will never be admin

(Or know dlb, Guit, Vermi or Didas in real life, be cool, developper, got an affair with dlb...)

You can't become admin just by knowing an other admin, for example Vermi has become Admin because he has programmed the new version of the site!
People are added to the team when the site need new people to do something.

No, I don't think so. In my mind, to become admin, you have to know dlb (in real life) and work a lot of for the site. You don't need to be moderator.

To become moderator, you just have to be yourself... If admins like you (your presence or your work in the forum) and want to make you moderator, they contact you.

You don't have to know how to program or something like that. Just follow the rules, learn, teach and help. You'll get chosen if you are the right person, active enough and just try to help the forum as much as possible.

I downloaded the zip file for Crystal Clear PNG pack from CrXP's server but the file after a successful download completion , it gave me an error of damaged file when I tried to unpack it , the problem has been reported by some other members too , so please check the file

dlb, Didas, other Moderators and normal members. I think the removal and ban of the following account is necessary. Member Profile page. His/Her name 'Alanya-Auschwitz', directly refers to the destruction camp 'Auschwitz'. Also the text in his/her iGloois disturbing:

I don't know any Arabic or Turkish (?), but the German words are the words situated above the entrance gate of Auschwitz. Hopefully this account can be removed as soon as possible.
