Just a little news to inform you that Google suggest you a new plug-in for Windows and Mac OSX allowing you to launch videos and audio conferences with Gmail.
 
 
Well, if you have a webcam and/or a micro (if you haven't a webcam, but just a micro, you can also talk... ), it is now possible to talk in live (and even in full screen) via Gmail, such as many of us already do with MSN and Skype ! Here a video that show you this new application :

Avoid this plugin if you're using Gtalk (until further) because when you've got it installed, Gtalk somehow doesn't work But normal chat via Gmail works fine
