You are not very fan of docks, but you still want to organize your desktop icons in an original way, then you will like without any doubt Shock Desktop.   Shock Desktop is a free application which requires no installation, which takes place at the bottom right of your desktop. With a single click, you go directly to Shock Desktop. It gives you the possibility to see your icons at the top, bottom, right on your desktop or even in the form of heart, triangles, stars... with or without the names of icons.

Well, the interface isn't so great, as you say, and the English I note isn't brilliant

But this is the most fun I have ever had with my desktop I've just spent a good 5 minutes throwing Chrome and my ToDo.txt at stacks of short cuts, and battering internet explorer

I suspect I'll be playing with this for a long time to come And using the 3D short cuts... actually isn't that bad

Even though it doesn't seem like it at first, this is actually a pretty fun application.
I know I'll get bored but good for the moment

...let me just rewrite (again T_T) threading - to be less cpu consuming for Nimi(Tophaz)...I bet that simple icon rearrangement isn't the best what could be done
