Recently launched in version 10, Nimi Visuals X is a programm developped by samiwieciekto. Free, it allows you to bring differents effects to windows, taskbar, start menu of your desktop.

...wonder why NV10.1 wasn't featured yet - especially after being named "one of the best customization programs" on AskVG.com
