I don't know how but CrystalXP installed itself on my computer over a year ago and I can't get rid of it. It's raised hell with my system since it's been on here. I've done everything including removing all instances of CrystalXP from the registry and it's still here as a 'guest user account'. I've shut off the guest account but it still shows up and has changed everything on my WindowsXP. I want it off my computer and soon.  
 
I asked this same question when this first happened and never got a response from a moderator or anyone else. I would really like an answer to this question and soon so I can get back to normal on my business computer. And PLEASE in English.

I don't see how CrystalXp (bricopacks you mean ?) can install itself, without you agreement...
If you installed a bricopack, unintentionally, you can simply remove it in the windowsxp (is it your OS ?) add/remove programm.
