A few months ago, Microsoft have announced that they had integrated in Windows 7 a feature Windows XP Mode (XPM).  
 
A Windows XP Virtual Environment made in order to help businesses move smoothly to Windows 7 and to provide better compatibility with some applications in Windows 7 .

I haven't used the RC of XPM yet, but I have used the beta and it works great!

Hopefully you're getting Professional or above Uttaresh or you can't use it at all.

Make sure that you have equipment that can do virtualization as well or it won't work.

Home Premium? My hardware specs will be pretty slick.

Home Premium won't have this Windows XP mode.

Yeah, you'll need professional or above.
 
Also you'll need to make sure that virtualization is on in your BIOS (if you had AMD it goes on and off as needed).
 
I just upgraded to the RC and it runs much faster.

Then I guess I won't be using Windows XP mode. Doesn't really make a difference to me as long as Photoshop and all my programming software work.
