Hi.

I installed Ubuntu from a CD that I got. However, after I found Mandriva One, I decided to uninstall it. Running Vista, I went into Administrator Tools and chose the Ubuntu partition (created by Ubuntu) and deleted it. It became unallocated. I restarted my computer and now it cannot boot. It gets an Error 22 when trying to load the GRUB. I have a Windows XP CD and the Ubuntu CD but I really need to delete Ubuntu and boot my computer again!
Please help!

Hey,

I solved my own problem. I'm only posting this in case somebody else does this and is scared they just screwed up their computer.

Using a different computer,

1.Download Super Grub Disk (http://www.supergrubdisk.org/index.php?pid=5)

2.Burn the .iso file to a CD (I used BurnCDCC (http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/downloads/burncdcc.zip))

3. Insert the disk into your busted computer and boot to the Super Grub Disk CD you just created.

4. Select the option you want (since I wanted to get rid of Linux and just have windows, I chose MBR and WIN to only boot windows from now on. If you want to boot windows this time only just choose WIN)

5. It will boot windows, and if you chose MBR and WIN, it will boot windows from now on.

Hope this helps anyone who did the same thing as me...
:)
