Guys... here are few 'baby linux' versions which are absolutely cool for trying out linux. Check out:

 

1. DSL[Damn Small Linux]

 

Extremely fast boot ups... The advantage of this babe is that it boots even from pendrives.

 

Size : 48.6 MB

 

System Requirements:

 

* 486 DX CPU
* 16MB RAM [ahem :smile:]
* 128 MB free space [whoooooo]

Hey guys, i just downloaded DamnSmallLinux and i was wondering if someone had an idea on how to boot DSL with my USB drive? Thanks.

Regarding this...

 

I think when you have downloaded DSL, it must be in ISO format... Use WinRAR to extract it to your pendrive. Then set your system so that USB boot is enabled and boot your system...  :happy2:
