If you are you using windows vista then download the program vista glass via crystal xp.net then run vista glass once your done with that right click on the desktop then go to personalize click on the mouse pointers once the little box pops up you want to click on the browse option. look for the place where you have you cursors and click ont he cursor you want then your done!
