Now that I've finally moved completely to Ubuntu, I've had a lot of time to pretty much with Ubuntu.
Since Ubuntu comes with Firefox by default, I've used Firefox (both in Windows and Ubuntu) for ages. I thought that Firefox was the best. I thought that it was unbeatable.
This week, however, I've installed the Epiphany browser. And it's superb. Not as fancy as Firefox, but definetley better in many ways. It's faster than Firefox in browsing and starting (opening the browser is much faster). The only downside with Epiphany is the short list of extensions. The most important extension to me in Firefox was Adblock Plus. Luckily, the guys at Epiphany have implemented Adblock into Epiphany.
After using Epiphany for a few days, I've fallen in love with it. If you got the time, go for Epiphany. You won't like it at first, but you will after you've got used to it.

(I use the Gecko version (opposed to the Webkit version) of Epiphany [because it has extensions].)
3rd party extensions for Epiphany:
