Ok I just installed the Vista Inpirat ultimate without knowing it cannot be used for Win 64x. I downloaded it and it fucked up... No I can't see my taskbar or nothing just a mouse. I managed to uninstall it but I still dont see a Start Menu and or icons... The only thing I see is my RocketDock...

Well, I'm no expert, but my guess would be that your Windows Explorer file has been ruined. It's the file that includes the taskbar. Try to find the file explorer.exe for your Windows version online, and then replace it with the one on your PC. I don't know about 64 bit version, but for normal Windows, put it in:
 
C:\Windows\explorer.exe
 
But don't take my word for it, I don't know for sure.

My explore exe cannot run because i cant find my vista template

One of the things you can do is to run explorer. Probably it is not working. To do that press ctrl+ald+del. Task manager will open. Go to applications tab and press new. Enter explorer and hit enter. This should call explorer. If this does not help try using sfc/scannow command in cmd. Read this http://www.pcterritory.net/2009/03 [...] login.html how to do this. This command will try to fix your system for errors. It can help.

I've been trying to unistall the vista theme. But it's not in add/remove programs. I've tried everything. I went in safe mode and deleted the bricopack folder But All there is left is the vista temp file. And it says i cannot delete it because "Folder Is Not Empty" Any answers? Please..i don't know what else to do.

I had the same problem, i didnt know XP 64x was not compatible with this software.  my solution was open the Task Manager and Run "CMD", then type "SFC/SCANNOW".....wait for fix the problems and, type again "explorer" .......That's it!! Problem Solved!....i hope its works 4 u.
