| turtle bacon Profil: Big Penguin | I was just wondering why my old P4 ht is working at such a slow rate... I have run virus scans, core temp is normal, and the core speed hasn't slow down. People say a P4 ht should be able to run vista but its can barely run XP home edition. I'll try to post some pics but it might take a while.

Try a fresh reinstall of Windows. I used a 2.8GHz P4 HT before I swapped to this 3GHz Core 2 Duo and it was pretty quick. Things were smooth on a XP Home..
Or maybe it's a problem with too little RAM? Message edited by legace on 04-20-2009 at 06:42:43 PM ---------------
