Actually I have Vista O.S,but without knowledge I have installed Vista Inspirant 2 on vista.
Later I realized what I did and then uninstalled the Inspirant.But now every time I boot my
laptop it is setting to windows standard theme no matter whatever I do begore boot.
 
Please any help and any ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do a repair install or wait a couple of months, and get Windows 7.

Yes i think this is great idea you just replace your vista with windows 7
