So I downloaded a bricopack for my vista, not even thinking about the compatability and that it was made for XP only... and after realizing it I uninstalled it.
 However, when I changed my appearance settings back to Windows Vista Standard it was fine. But now everytime I leave my account on my computer and come back, the appearance changes back to plain Windows Standard. It's REALLY annoying. If anyone could help that would be appreciated.

Try a repair install.
