Wow such a Simple, easy tutorial. Thank you very much Acid,
It's a great work though it had some difficulties to understand the process because It was not a complete English
translation.
I think perhaps it'll be better if I explain in Simple English what Acid Was telling you for the readers
who only deals with English. But remember All the credits to Acid,
So It's like this,(I was unable to locate the exat texture in Photoshop CS2 I hope Acid will explain this
but I can give you the rest of the instruction of thie process imagining you've found the exat texture.)
Open one of your favourite images in Photoshop (bmp, Jpeg, .gif) and from the tool bar select a background color
(here, Acid has selected blue (R-60, G-1, B-255) (#083dff)
Right click on the background layer and select 'Duplicate'

Select the Duplicated layer (background copy) and navigate to Filter>Filter Gallery. There, Under 'Brush Strokes' gallery, select
Sumi-e then hit OK.

you'll have this now

Double click on the duplicated layer or right click on it and select 'Blending Options'

On the blending option Window check on 'Bevel and Emboss' & keep its default settings.
Go to Texture, check it as on and Change the following parameters.
Scale- (180%)
Depth- (-34%)
&Make sure to check on 'Invert' & 'Link with layer'boxes.

And select the Texture under above parameters and hit Ok.
Select duplicated layer (background copy) and click, Ctrl+Shift+E to merge the visible layers.
Select the Magic Wand tool (press W) and click on an area covered with a single block to create a selection (like in the picture)

Extra:*
If this is not possible to do,(If you are unable to select the whole area surrounded by the block)
Ctrl+Shift+N to create a new layer (layer 01) and fill it with White (RGB-255) (#ffffff)
Now go to the layers blenging options and select the exat texture pattern you've seleted for the Background copy with the
same paremeters. Only change the depth to (+4)

then go to 'Bevel and Emboss'and change the following
Depth- (300%)
Highlight mode - (Multiply)
Highlight color - (Black), (RGB-0), (#oooooo)
Highlight Opacity - (100%)

Hide the other layers by clicking the 'eye' on the left of the corresponding layer.
Create another new layer (Layer 02) and click, Ctrl+Shift+E to merge the visible layers. this will disable the blending option customising menu for 'layer 01'
Now try to select the surrounded enviroment of the clip using 'Magic Wand tool'

Unhide the hidden layer (probably Background copy) and select it. Make sure the selection still remains in the window.
Select Move tool (press V) and move the selection a bit and rotate it up to 30 degrees clockwise (CW)
That's it!
You've completed the tutorial and Now you can save your design.

Note:* This is what I've done with the tutorial but using a different texture pattern. But it worked well according to Acid's instructions.
