If you mean by the shadow here you go.

make a circle below the penguin by marquee tool
fill it with black
apply filter > gaussian blur
reduce the opacity of the layer till you are satisfied.

done!

Welcome to CrystalXP! Your result looks nice, but a bit simple. To use it as your signature: Click 'My Controls' almost near the top of the page (on the right). Go to 'Edit Signature' and insert the image like you did in your post. Good luck!
