ok i was a bit bored and i tried something pretty simple.

i saved my avatar as a png and then opened it again with photoshop.
then i transformed the first layer that appears and lowered it a bit.
after that i copied that layer (ctrl+J) and nudged it a bit up
i did that again several times and BOOM thats what i got
