yup it is my bar was the same size it must be +- 250x50 or lower

I added 3 new bagrounds at the beginning of the tutorial that follows the rules: 250*50pixels

It's pretty hard to create something like that.  The signature kit is really meant for the team.  There is no real way of making it

No, sorry.  It's not really meant for anyone else but the team.  It's a way for them to signify that they administrate the forum.  Your probably thinking, but he has one!  I have it because I discovered how to do it.  I can't make a tutorial because it's just not right
