if you wan't to resize
then it is explained in the tutorial

resizing the base image and not others. Thanks for your tutorial. when can we expect the other tutorials in english.

Base as in the white background or the Signature background?

You just click on the Signature background image on the "Layers" window at the side (Without any other images linked to it) then right click it (Not on window) and press Free transform then re-size it. I hope thats what you needed anyway.
