Welcome to CrystalXP! Just hit Shift + Backspace while you have a selection, make sure that you are working on a new layer on the forehand. Now you are able to choose to fill with black color.

  Please don't use that kind of typing. Also, it would be better if you could tell us what part you do not understand. It's not likely that a video tutorial will be made for this.

I can say that the only time that I really used photoshop was for the odd logo and for cleaning up photos.  It is worth working through this one step by step.

Wow that looks very good capeone! I only don't like the bright purple/blue line. Welcome to CrystalXP, hopefully you will stay with us and enjoy your time here.

The stroke does have a little aliasing in it. Very nice though.  I kinda like the color choice personally though it could be a little less strong.

Nice results. But you looked over something. Your canvas size is too small for your work. Because of this the shadows are cut in the right and bottom side of your images. Can you see it? You should increase the canvas size or make smaller images.

I indeed saw that after I posted the images, I need to pay a little more attention to shodows and stuff. Because my steel and glass icons had the same problem

You'll learn to notice them soon enough. Getting the basics of Photoshop learned is not very easy (but it can be a lot of fun!.

Welcome to CrystalXP Ishizusv! Hopefully you will enjoy your time here. Your result is pretty cool. I got a few tips to make it better. The image you have used in the center is aliased pretty much. It's not a smooth shape. You could try to recreate the shape with the Pen Tool. It'll look better if it isn't aliased like that. Also, is there a gradient stroke around the circle perhaps? It looks like there is one with the colors ranging from gray to white. I think your work would look better without the stroke. That's it, hope you are able to do something with it.
