Yes, it looks intresting. Most of photoshop works look better on a transparent background, maybe something to think about.

I know but the  flames are on the same layer whit the background.

Hmm. Ctrl + click the tumbnail (the image before the layer) and paste on a new document with a transparent layer.

Yep, I also think it is a bit too whitish. Didn't do any alterations and followed the instructions in the tutorial.
Now time to  play with it for some time using more colors.

Just a little modification because the last one was a bit too white.

I used one of the png images to insert in between from the Pack Zalien extension by Fagoon from the icon gallery.

now that is better
try making an avatar and signature like the team
it would look even more professional
and you can put in some of your knowledge of photoshop or some tutorials by others

That's absolutely awesome!   The only thing you should try to improve is the ring surround it.

Besides, you've got MSN Messenger or anything similair?

maybe varing a little can make things even better!!
