Pretty nice. I like that different effects are used in your animation bars. One is fading, one flies of the right, one upside and one goes down.

I don't know how to do this without looking it up (and I haven't got Photoshop here). But I agree that you should try to make your animation smoother. Now it isn't smooth at all.

Can you do links in photoshop for bits of the image? (CS3) I know you can with fireworks, so I assume there is a way with photoshop? Or do I have to split my image up?
