Welcome to CrystalXP. This tutorial was made for Adobe Photoshop, this program is not free though. You can try an other image editing program like The Gimp or Inkscape. Good luck!

I am lost!!! Please somebody tell me what version of photoshop are you using for this 'cause i have Ps CS2 and i get stucked on step12. it doesnt activate  the option of rasterizing. and it doesnt seem to be doing anything about drawing the shape!!! Please Help!!!!

Only a vector layer can be rastersized , you must make sure that you are making the paw-shape by using Shape-Tool , after that just right-click on the paw layer in Layers-Palette and select 'Rastersize' from the menu (see this image ) , you can also achieve the result without rastersizing the layer

Thanx but i guess this is bad cuz this is the best i could get. Still dont undestand the drawing and rasterizing part, but thanx anyways i had fun!!! Guess practice makes perfection.

Definitely! I still think the text can be improved a lot. Also, why don't you create something on a transparent background? At the moment all your works are on a white background which looks a little bit silly. Enjoy CrystalXP!

Ok I'll try to explain. It depends on the software you are using. I assume you are using Adobe Photoshop in this message.
- Go to 'File' menu and select 'New...'. A window will now appear.
- Here you can change the name, size resolution and some more.
- Search for 'Background Contents:' and make sure this option is set to ''Transparent' instead of 'White'.

Hopefully this helped you a bit!
