hello all! am new here and certainly very new with Ps...just installed cs 4 yesterday and was following the tuto but i can't see image #9, #16 and #25...can anyone help please..thanks

 
All images work for me - except the final result image on top. Try refreshing your browser (Ctrl or Cmd + R). Welcome to CrystalXP!  

for some reason the picture of the final result doesont work for me

could someone please tell me what version of photoshop you're using..? or if you enjoy creating these maybe make me one with a glwoing blue anchor in it? that would be much appreciated..

You seem to have captured the effect pretty well. Good job. A few pointers. The anchor is too big, you've to shrink it down so it fits into the circle a bit better. Also, there's cut off's at the side, perhaps try a bigger canvas size.
