Welcome here .Diamond.! There are pretty much tutorials here for you to follow. The best thing of CrystalXP is probably not the tutorials but the community. You can post your own work and the outcomes of the tutorials. Then we might be able to help you a bit with improving it. There's also room to ask questions in the Graphic Novice Center. :oui: Don't be scared by the word Novice, it's for every kind of question. I hope you will enjoy your time with CrystalXP!

The second result is good too but I think it will look better if you put same color on the shape and the steel frame

Pretty good! :oui: Try to work on a larger document next time though, at the moment a bit of the red is falling off in the bottom.

Thank You

I believe my problem is in the second black spot layer, in the example the reflection that's made at the top left of the image is bigger than mine. And I have no clue why mine stay's small

Did you unhide/hide all the correct layers? Pay attention to where you have to hide and unhide in the tutorial. :oui: Also check all blend modes + opacity's of all the layer styles. Probably something went wrong there.

I found some small mistakes in your .psd file. :oui: They changed the gloss slightly and the outer border pretty much. I have added the edited .psd file to this post. The mistakes where found in the layer called 'Layer 1 Copy 2'. You forgot to uncheck 'use global light', it changes the light source drastically if you uncheck it. To get a bigger gloss, change the dept in 'Bevel and Emboss' in 'Layer 1 copy 1'. :happy2: I don't think that it looks any better if you change it though.

Hope that you've learned a bit by this.

That's a very nice result there. :oui: The brown shadow is a bit cut in the bottom though. I love your highlight work though! :great: Especially in the upper left corner.
