It's very nice. The only thing you could improve is the head. It looks like a bald penguin, maybe something you should improve on the reflection?

I did it just as the guide says, but i have a problem, tux has all the borders (the body, eyes, etc.) pixeled, they look squared (i dont know how to say it xD) ...how can i soften the borders?

what you are saying is that it has aliasing
you can use a little inner glow

With a .5 gaussian blur and the inner glow in white i finally did it!

We don't mind if make mistakes. Your result is very good for a beginner. If there is anything you have to change, it's the shadow of the tux itself, and the shadow of the tux's nose!

hey thnx gruzz, but the reality is that i only felt difficulty on that two shadows...

1. is shadow of Beak &
2. is whole tux shadow,

well i was thinking to give surface reflection instead of tux shadow, but as i m newbie for PS i dont know that stuff, well i am searching tutorial on Surface reflection or reflection as i will get it i will learn it........ any ways thanx again......

- Duplicate that layer that you want to have a reflection
- Transform it by pressing 'CTRL+T',
- Right-click and choose flip verticle
- Move it down till where you want it, probably it has to touch the tux by one pixel.
- Set the opacity to 10-20% OR put on a white to transparent linear gradient!

I hope you can figure it out now.

Yes, it's very beautiful!   Good job!!   Now you should try to put it on a transparent background. You can select this if you make a new document in Photoshop. Then save it as .png.

It still have a little aliasing, but the "base" tux has already the aliasing, maybe
something happened when i was downloading?
For example, the eyes were almost square, they were too big.

The base text has no aliasing, it's completely straight and clear.   You must have done something wrong in your work.  

maybe its the format Did you save it as *.png??
