Then open your .PSD tux file, press CTRL+A, edit==>Copy Merged and paste on the document. Now CTRL+T and resize it. I'm not sure about the quality of the result but it can works  lol this is easiest than mine

 If you download psd model of tux you must find in Model group layer called "White stain" and Ctr+Click (just press Ctr and click your left mouse button) on thumbnail  BTW I'm leaving on holidays for two weeks to place without any Internet So, I will miss you and hope to see a lot of your good work when I back
