Ye, i got few things but i think it needs another tutorial. Since i've barely worked with photoshop this questions may be (or be for sure  ) newbie i would ask how to create tux with different shape, like smaller torso, longer arms and so?. Also tutorial for tux items which he can hold, can be even simply but should have some tricks to make items nicer like shining and not be flat.

Thanks

Welcome to CrystalXP ice-man. I'm sure you'll be able to learn a lot here. Your tux looks ok, but the eyes need some work (if you want yours to look like the original). Nice result for Adobe Illustrator though!

Welcome to CrystalXP! You are right, the arms need improvement. Also the shadow around the Tux is a bit strange, perhaps you can improve that too.

With improving your own work, you'll definitely learn a lot! Getting something perfect requires the most work, but is the most rewarding too. :happy2:

As far as I know , the crystallization consists of three most dominant effects i.e: gloss, reflection and transparency , all these can be easily be practiced in PS the only thing required is the way that these effects should be used in an intellectual way  that's where the creativity and imagination plays its part
