No actually I noticed it is a bit dark  

And yeah, some instructions on how to make those borders would be great

I don't think the border is hard to do:
create new layer
fill it with white
ctrl + A
go to   Select >  Modifi  >  Contract       and I think 25 is good
delete

I used border instead of contract and came up with this :

if you put a stroke on the outside of the border (very light shade of gray or dark blue) then it will look more good.
