The video isn't very clear for me. Maybe you could better use images in your tutorial instead of a video!  :oui:

I'm not sure either. Perhaps you can just start with a transparent background? :oui: It's an option to choose from when you create a new document. If you want a white canvas, just create a layer first and fill it with white.

I just figured it out... by accident ^^ What I did is I right clicked (with the move tool) on layer one and selected Background. Then I just deleted the new Background layer. Isn't that so strange??

Edit: Here's my result  :boulay:

Nice result, but it's not transparent? Well not sure if you where after that of course! I think your light blue outline could have been a bit better. :oui:

Ah I see what the problem is. You saved the file as a .jpg file. :oui: To keep transparency, you will have to save in an other format. Preferably as a .png file.

Cerberus1991, when I click that link, I get the message 'The URL contained a malformed video ID.'. There is already a link to a YouTube video on the top of the first post in this topic, however that link gives me this error 'This video has been removed by the user.'. Perhaps the link you posted here has been working once though. Since the images are uploaded on Photobucket, there's no website (and this way, author) to get in touch with. That's why I think we'll just let this tutorial stay unless we find more information in the future.

Edit: And thanks for your help as always.
