I don't think Flash is easier than Image Ready [IR] Freesoft As uttaresh has mentioned you may be just a beginer
Flash is more advanced than IR, In image ready the graphical images are created as GIFs But in Flash you can even do .exe files
It's true that Flash & IR can work together but personally, I think flash has many resources and guts than IR
