how can i make like that

Try using something like Blender (http://www.crystalxp.net/galerie/en.id.81.htm?n=81&language=en). It's a free 3D program you can use to do 3D effects like that there.  

Once you get good at it, then this kinda thing comes very easily.

(and by the looks of it, this might be the wrong place to post this kinda thing, but i'm new, so I don't know much about where things go.)

I do it with Xara Xtreme (Vectorprogramm) in ca. 5 Minutes.
He has a simple 3D-Tool for Text and Forms.
