I think that's it's a great tutorial, you explain well all the steps
but omg there is too much aliasing on the apple
try to redraw the model with the path tool (i'm not sure for the name it's "plume" in french )
it would be better if you do this i think

And the thing about aliasing, I'll try to reduce it but the major block comes when I upload my images to the net. Since I use a dialup connection from a very rural area, the images sometimes differ from the original ones (I hope this is a good explanetion) Anyway I'll try to upload some better images.

Edit:* Btw, I'm still a young pet in this section in graphic designing and unlike u professionals I'll have many errors in showing my skills. that's why I love to hear depriciations on my work because then I can try to correct them. So a big thanks to Hora & Dvorak66 and all the others who will after
