Hi OMG, & welcome to CrystalXP

If you want add your own designed Tux to your avatar Try some tutorials from here to learn how to create one
If you just need to add a tux to your avator, use Photoshop or another picture editing software to merge them
or If you want to add an avatar for your profile Go to My Controls  and choose to change Avatar from the left menu

If none of the solutions give you what you asked, please excuse my understanding and post a reply explaining your need more precisely
