Well try Frozzn but why are the lines not curved as they should be?I think perfection of those curvy lines will bring much improvement in your result

Looks pretty good Maybe it could be improved by adding some thinner curvy lines with the fairly thick ones you currently have

Please don't use caps lock all the time

If you are wanting "noob-proof" I strongly suggest you find some very simple tutorials to teach you about the tools of the graphics editor you're using, that way the slightly more "advanced" tutorials will become easier to understand

Creating these lines with Photoshop CS2 is different with creating these lines with Photoshop CS3

No it is done in the same way. You just haven't read careful enough. You have to set your brush to a hard brush of 3 pixels. Then choose the stroke option again. Now your lines will look the same.
