Damballa Profil: Penguin | where is that panel?
Gruzz Profil: Moderator | If you are using Photoshop CS3, it's on the right menu. You've to click the 'brush' icon. It's together with history, actions and a few more of those.
Damballa Profil: Penguin | I have cs2
mdyercream8 Profil: New Penguin | actual background srry if its too big
darklady Just remember, art saves lives. Profil: Big Penguin | In CS2 it is pretty much in the same place. Go to Window > Brushes (in the main top menu) That will bring up that panel and you can adjust whatever you want in there. Hope that helps

darklady Just remember, art saves lives. Profil: Big Penguin | Thanks Rimorox! This is achived by choosing a 3px round brush and pulling the "hardness" option all the way up.
Damballa Profil: Penguin | I dont know what i did but My Simulate Pressure is not working Codename M2K Simulate Pressure is not working too Something in brush presset I think Fixed: I Had to select Again a brush from other panel and it fix alone o.O Sorry xD
IronChefofVaaj Profil: New Penguin | Where do i find the brush he is using?
Asher Genius is not born , it is made.... Profil: Moderator | It's not any special brush that you need to download from somewhere else , it's the default circular brush that comes with Photoshop

how did he get the lines to be so curvy and smooth?! its crazy..
Asher Genius is not born , it is made.... Profil: Moderator | Such curves can be drawn with Pen-Tool , you can learn the basics of Pen Tool from here
ghostnatyphon Who Dares Wins Profil: Penguin Pro | I am slightly confused... He is using a 3px brush tool with the hardness at 100%... I'm ok so far.... But how did he make points with it??? All I can do is get really rubbish mouse-drawn lines, I can't make points. Do I have to use the pen tool? This is getting to me, it's the only tutorial I haven't been able to follow so far EDIT: I worked out how to use the pen tool to make pretty curves... BUT how do I stop it from filling in the area between points? And when I right click the path I can't stroke it... what am I doing wrong?
Asher Genius is not born , it is made.... Profil: Moderator | Welcome to CrXP .Ghost. You just need to select 'Paths' option for Pen-Tool from Options-Bar , this image will help you If you are facing difficulties in other tutorials then you can ask frankly in their respective topics
ghostnatyphon Who Dares Wins Profil: Penguin Pro | Ahh thank you Asher I'll post my result in a bit.
| |
Gruzz Profil: Moderator | Looking pretty sweet and fresh! There's also a tutorial specifically on the Pen Tool on here, written by me. Check it out if you want to learn more about the Pen Tool. It's something you're probably going to use very often if you progress in Photoshop.
