There are a few shortcomings of the real OS X but that is pretty darn close.

I'm not seeing the bottom bars for the windows and the little resize dots on the bottom right corner. Other than that, I think it's pretty good.

Oh and the icon for iTunes you have is from 6.0, unless you did that on purpose

so far that is the best windowblinds skin i can find

and im not using safari... im using chrome, in my opinion its better than firefox

And i think it is grat that all this runs on my computer (which is quite old) and is still fast as a leopard! (the animal)

And that want intentional, the iTunes icon was one i got in the pack

Chrome is certainly faster to load, faster to run, and a lot less bulky than Firefox

I only use the desktop changer if I have a set of wallpapers with basic variations.
 
I don't like huge changes with that, only subtle ones.

Meh, my desktop isn't much. It could still use a lot more customization, and I still have to re size my wallpaper, but am way to lazy to do it.
 
Anyway, here it is:

And why do you have desktop shortcuts, for things that are in your dock?

No idea to be honest. And I actually bought CS3, CS4 is the trial version, not sure if I want it to be honest. I suppose you're right about the shortcuts and the dock. So, I'll change that up. It's fairly stupid to have them both.

There's not much difference between CS3 and CS4 really, not from the majority of user's point of view. Unless you really want the 3D model stuff but... meh, buy something dedicated for the task, and probably cheaper.
