Being a web designer/developer myself - and having searched for free website templates in the past numerous times - I decided a few months ago to start developing my own "free templates" site -- which would make a whole web design community offering a huge collection of ONLY FREE templates for every single CMS.
And the site is now up and running. So far, the CMS/platforms which are supported are :
