I believe an SWF is allowed, not sure if it is allowed in a sig.

The most i can get in saveas Web&Devices is 256

ok, so after exporting as a 64mb MOV importing to flash... converting to .flv (844kb) and creating an swf i have the Sig now

it is on a 15 second Delay on each and is 31 seconds total
there is a slight quality loss though
