Finally, after a LONG time since I first started, I've finished my Wall-E tux project.
 
Agreed, it doesn't look like a tux very much. However, the eyes match and he's also a little round.. like a fat little penguin robot. So I'm releasing him as a tux and not a mascot.

Can I find a TUT for that? That is certainly done by some one with higher PS know how than me.

Writing a tutorial for this would take me DAYS, and I would still not be able to explain everything ...

There are just so many layers and gradients and stuff.
