Well, I've been working on this one for quite some time. I think it's my best tux so far, and I really like it. Larger than Full HD. 1366x1366 pixels. Created with heavy usage of the Pen tablet, vectors/paths, dodge/burn, and gradients. It's Jafar from Disney's Aladdin. You know, the evil sorcerer who sends Aladdin to fetch the lamp? Anyway ... I'm especially in love with the feather, the staff, and the cape! They're beautiful!

it's really creative but there's room for improvements  
 
the mustache shouldn't be on beak but if you put it horizontal above the beak it will mix with the skin , the beard's position looks right though , just use pen tool to create it with sharp edges
 
the cape and belt are looking awesome though

I would say for the beard, I'd put it around the perimeter of the beak, rather than on it. Maybe that was what he meant

the feather does look good but I can't say same about mustache-beard , they kinda look weird on beak

And it's not like we can say get rid of it, I mean that is kinda his icon in a way. I'm sure something will be figured out.
