Hey all, I just read the shirt and trousers tutorials, and this is my first attempt at a Tux! It's not too good, so I hope my next is better.

PS - Can someone tell me where I can find a finished model of a G2 and G1 Tux in Photoshop? I don't want to make my own right now.

I like the idea of that but the aliasing is killing the tux!

Yes you seem to have some aliasing everywhere, too bad. Here you can find some Tux resources. But you will probably learn more if you follow the tutorials yourself.

Most people want to grab the fill bucket tool to color the vectors.  That really is not the best idea.  I would use Hue/Saturation or Variations or something of the likes to color the tux straight from the vector.

Using the fill bucket is what causes that aliasing.

Ahhhh...  Yes, I did use the Fill Bucket Tool. I guess I'll use that then. And what about Color Overlay? Can I use that or will that also worsen the anti-aliasing?

No there's not much wrong with Color Overlay. I think it's pretty much safe to use any option in the Layer Properties window. But you'll have to look yourself for that on every other piece you make.
