I would like to know if i can use some of the tux on crystalxp.net and modify it and use it as my website logo?

For your request, we need more information about what you want to do and if your site has a commercial goal, and of course what tux's you want to use, but if you want a specific tux, you'll need the author's authorization.

But I think that you must ask Everaldo for his permision  

You should try to contact the authors of each tux you want to modify by looking here at the  forum or posting a new topic asking for the permissions and the name of each tux.

But if you wanna save some hours looking at the creators, why don't you try to make your own tux?  You can follow the tutorials on making them here
